Banana Bread Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- Half cup unsalted softened butter
- 3/4 sup sugar
- 3 Medium sized bananas
- Two Eggs
- 1.5 cups of fine flour
- One tea spoon salt
- Half tea spoon salt
- Half tea spoon of vanila extract
- Half cup of raisins
- One cup of coarsely chopped, toasted walnuts
Method of Preparation
- Take ½ a cup of unsalted softened butter in a bowl
- Add 3/4 cup of sugar and cream those together on medium speed
- Take 3 ripe bananas in a separate bowl and mash together
- Mix the mashed bananas with butter sugar mix prepared in step 2
- Add two eggs to the mix
- Add 1½ cup of fine flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, half tsp salt and ½ tsp vanila to the mix
- Mix together all ingredients well
- Add half cup of raisins and one cup of coarsely chopped toasted wallnuts, an mix with spoon
- Take the rectangular baking glass container and line it with soft butter internally
- Sprinkle a little flour in the baking container and then turn it upside down to remove the extra flour
- Add the prepared mix in step 8 to the baking container and fairly level it
- Keep the container in the oven at 350 degrees upto 60min or until it bake
- Enjoy the fresh moist banan bread
Storage & Consumption
It is preferred to consume the bread fresh, however it can be stored for 3-5 days depending on season
